Realtor Code of Ethics

<strong>Realtor Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.</strong>  I am a real estate professional and carry a Realtors license in western Montana.  I live in Missoula and service the Bitterroot Valley  up to Eureka and all that lies in between.  My focus is primarily on Buyers and in particular those that are re-locating from out of state. I have  much personal experience re-locating as I lived in Colorado, Indiana, Minnesota and New York. Finally I settled in Montana.  In addition I have had many careers that took me to Japan, China, Australia and all parts of Asia.  I also owned my own retail business. <strong>Careers</strong> The real estate profession however is the most satisfying and rewarding.  Handing a client the keys to their new dream home is priceless.  Helping young couples buy their first home is a true joy.  Working with people from all different sectors of the community, entrepreneurs, business owners, educators ,public servants and non-profit operators is awesome.  Helping all my clients understand the process is my strength.   From working with their bankers, to inspection, appraisal, price negotiation and closing the deal.   I make it easy and enjoyable.
