Dave spent two days showing us 11 homes as we were traveling and had limited time. After we decided on one he worked tirelessly to make sure that all the details were taken care of and that the everything went smoothly. We are first time home buyers, and via a referral to his parent company, Dave was introduced to us. Within a few emails and subsequent phone calls, Dave described to us the real estate "landscape" we were getting into and was very thorough in determining our desired criteria and financial position.

As we were out of state, it was 4.5 months before we met in person with Dave. Also, our situation and timeline changed a couple of times prior to our arrival in the area but Dave accommodated us at every step.

Once we arrived in the area and were ready to seriously consider properties, Dave immediately compiled weekly email presentations containing potential properties that met our criteria (price, acreage, location, etc...). He used our input regarding these properties to help better understand which elements we desired in a home.

Dave promptly and without hesitation set up showings that worked best with our busy schedules, including weekends and late evenings. He absolutely catered to us to make sure we could view these potential properties, in some cases multiple times.

He graciously handled a for-sale-by-owner situation that initially we were strongly considering but in hindsight would have proven to be a nightmare. Per his recommendation of compiling a "Benjamin Franklin List" of Pro's and Con's, he allowed us to realize on our own the situation we were potentially facing. However, he was very clear that regardless of what we choose to pursue, he would fully represent us.

Once a strong candidate property presented itself and we were ready to move on it, we took his solid advice to “take the night to sleep on it." We felt very strongly about this property and told Dave to move forward with an offer. In our particular market, he informed us of what would represent a “strong” offer which would most likely be accepted by the seller ensuring that we did not face any further competition or lose out to other potential buyers.
